peanut pile of freebies, week 45: ‘Imaginary Friends (Pluto Remix)’ by ‘Molly Moore’
what a bizarre week so to speak. bizarre, odd, peculiar, there would be more words to describe this situation. as many of us in the whole world were watchin’ what was goin’ on in states, many of us, were flabbergasted, when they’ve seen what happened. sort a like the whole world has stood still. for a moment.
yet, as we’re not really affiliated with politics, because
a.) this gargantuan subject takes a lot of time to finally comprehend & to be encompassed by its structured concept &
b.) our intention was not to become a political site.
focusin’ back on what we actually planned to do today, we’d like to invite you to check out this beauty of a remix of this original, from los angeles-based artist ‘Molly Moore’. its creator, the upcoming producer who goes under the moniker ‘Pluto’ got our attention, due his knack to merge solipsistic synth compositions with a succulent re-interpretation of the original instrumental. whether if it is about crisp bass line or the astute usage of the seraphic intonation of Molly, we just got in love with this piece here.
bein’ released as the initial record on the ‘CloudKid’-label, a project that primarily started as a youtube-project, to spread some love for upcoming indie, electronic musicians, you can get your copy for free. all you to have to do is to follow the instructions, get a piece of the cake & put it on your walkman.
if u want to send some cat pictures or simply to say hi, holla at:
