peanut pile of freebies, week 42: ‘Silver Skull’ by ‘Kiruma’
it’s celebration time. but what are we actually celebratin’? basically everything, but mostly life. talkin’ about everything, we’d like accentuate that we’re jubilatin’ the 50th episode of this anthology. that is the moment where we have asked ourselves how we should honour this milestone (of hopefully many others).
the more we thought about it, the more we had a clear view about how we shall do it: by sharin’ a pithy piece that we have stumbled over.
the gents from the ‘Black Marble Collective’ recently released an outstanding album of ars electronica. yes folks, we’re talkin’ about ‘Volume 5’, the chimerical compilation with that percentage of high level productions that you’ll be in a state of awe afterwards.
one of our most favourite one’s has been ‘Silver Skull’, a hybrid electronica-piece by los angeles-based producer ‘Kiruma’.
the track that can be seen as a paragon of the way of sounding of the record, sugar-coats your thursday with its panoply of synths. such a lovely tune. unfortunately, the bloke did recently appear in the soundcloud-universe, which means that you have to wait for a while for new releases. yet, we can feel it that the wait won’t be regrettable.
the track can be downloaded for free, which also applies for the whole compilation in general. just be sure to click on the link & get yourself a copy of it. now!
if u want to send some cat pictures or simply to say hi, holla at:
