#FF076: ‘Pristine Panegyrics’
monday has arrived. the sun is shinin’. the popsicle is meltin’. the summer is here. or utmost. while most of you in europe, tend to have a lousy whether, with grey clouds & annoyin’ drizzle, we’d like to cheer you up with a sublime variation of releases that we gathered together over the last few days.
as we personally believe that music can be seen as the unilateral analgesic, we’d like to skip the intro & start with the presentation of article number seventy-six. so shall we? we think, we should:
1. Aybner – Wherever You Go (You’ll Never See Me)
the first track we’re goin’ to talk about today is by melbourne-based beatmaker ‘Aybner’. by accidentally stumblin’ over the account of this astonishin’ producer, we were obliged to feature him & his succulent beat, named ‘Wherever You Go (You’ll Never See Me)’ over our site.
as people from australia tend to be the monolith of future music, whether if we’re talkin’ about future beats or pop music in general, it sure was no wonder that ‘Aybner’ will fit to that gargantuan amount of talents there that are evolvin’ from day to day.
do us favor, do yourself one: press ‘follow’ & start to follow his path, because this one here is one of the first releases of a promisin’ career that you sure have to be aware of.
2. Aizakku – Break of Day
remember ‘Aizakku’? you sure do. if not, just wade yourself through our latest articles. but why? as we’d like to follow upcomin’ musicians paths, to see them evolvin’ & of course, do not lose focus, we decided to check out his latest publication: a smooth jungle-tune called ‘Break Of Day’.
as we personally believe that music should not have any kind of barriers, we were intrigued of the beauty of this piece here. while most people tend to associate ‘jungle’-music with heavy drum-settings & trenchant snares, we had to say that we were surprised of the level of smoothness this tune possessed.
we can say again, that one of our favorite kiwi-producers delivered a solid tune again. so, why don’t you get yourself a copy of this one here too? the more recognition he gets, the better.
3. DayKoda – Rain & Trees
track number three is a real stunner. released as a part of an extended-play called ‘Sleeping Awake’ over bedfordshire-based label ‘Insight Music’, what you’re goin’ to hear is a melodical itinerary through time & space.
but who created this masterpiece here? the answer: brescia-based producer ‘DayKoda’. for those who might never heard about that city – it’s in italy, folks. as we were perusin’ the world of music for pithy releases, we stumbled over this one here. by pressin’ play, you’ll remark the dark textures in every track of the extended play, that are fused with mellifluous sound layers, to create an eery-yet-catchy atmosphere around you & you.
so, after listenin’ to this release about two times, we finally decided to feature the second track of it, called ‘Rain & Trees’, because we personally believe that this piece is the showin’ the true potential of Andrea that will rise up with the time passin’ by.
so, in the meanwhile, why don’t you grab a copy of this one here? we’re sure that you would put a smile on Andrea’s face. a big shout out to him & ‘Insight Music’ for their hard effort & passion to the world of music.
4. Shikari – Legends Never Die (Feat. Flakey)
‘Legends Never Die’ is the penultimate piece on our today’s list. created as a part of a collaboration between gothenborg-based producer ‘Shikari’ & anonymous artist ‘Flakey’, you sure are not goin’ to regret to spend some time on this one here.
but why? well, if you’re a fan of solipsistic beat productions then this release might be the right piece. solipsistic, due to its uncanny-yet-catchy melody & the crisp bass line that are goin’ to engulf your eardrums for a while.
as you’re goin’ to finish to listen to this ear-worm, be assured to press ‘follow’, because there is more to come in the near future. don’t forget to check out the other releases as well, because there might be some gems that needed to be heard by you & you.
just on soundcloud
5. Mik Elstein – Lo
last song of today is by an old friend, french producer ‘Mik Elstein’. as we have not featured him for a long period, we got our chance to do a more personal feature than the last time.
bein’ known for popsicle-melting instrumentals, it sure has been a pleasure to listen to one of his latest creations: the lush future beat called ‘Lo’. as an impeccable example of what kind of gifted musician we’re talkin’ about, we’d like to accentuate the salience of sound design, because that is what defines your music from someone else’s. whether if we’re talkin’ about the catchy synth composition or the fastidiously-set drums, Elstein sure knows what to do to create a soothe piece of electronic music.
and guess what, the tune is for free. all you have to do is to click on the provided link, download the tune, put it on your iPod, get out & go for a walk. shout out to ‘Mik Elstein’ & his knack to create gems.
be sure to check all the updates of the artists, their posts on facebook, like their pictures on twitter, give them a follow, a hug to their labels & don’t forget to eat some vegetables. ok bye.
